Las Vegas Market has announced a broad range of programming with more than 30 presentations, webinars, tours, seminars, award ceremonies and other special events – including 12 CEU-eligible courses – available before and during its Summer edition, July 30 – August 3, 2023, at World Market Center Las Vegas.

FIRST LOOK Trends
A highlight of the Summer 2023 programming slate is Las Vegas Market’s proprietary FIRST LOOK series, featuring a pre-market webinar and at-market seminar led by curator and trend expert Julie Smith Vincenti of Nine Muses Media. “FIRST LOOK WEST – Summer 2023 Webinar” explores three themes – FANTASY, REALITY and COMMUNITY – in a fast-paced overview of new product, noteworthy collections and best-selling designs on Wednesday, July 19, at 1 p.m. (PST). “FIRST LOOK – Summer 2023 LIVE at Market Seminar” is an in-person presentation of trend content on Monday, July 31, at 12:30 p.m. Supplementing the webinar and seminar are a guidebook, webpage and immersive on-campus display.
Tips for Sales Success
Retailer education provides valuable insights and inspiration for sales success. “The Future of Retail,” led by Danny Goldstein of FS (Fashion Snoops), explores trends, innovations and consumer shifts that will impact both offline and online shopping in the next three to five years on Sunday, July 30, at 12:30 p.m.
In “Strategies to 10X Your Sales,” Todd Youngblood, The B2B Advisor, in partnership with Specialty Sleep Association, offers guidance on providing a seamless omnichannel experience for customers on Monday, July 31, at 11:30 a.m.
“Actionable Insights from the Home Accents Today Retail Stars” features Home Accents Today Editor-in-Chief Allison Zisko leading a conversation with brick-and-mortar retailers named “Retail Stars” by the publication on Monday, July 31, at 1:30 p.m.
Retailers can explore great merchandising in practice via the “Visual Merchandising for Best Brand & Product Exposure Tour,” a one-hour exploration of the Las Vegas Market product displays created by MNK Studio with the artists Matt and Katie Allison on Tuesday, August 1 at noon.
Designer Inspiration
Designer-focused programming features tips and trends to take business and creativity to the next level. In “The Power of Podcasts – Community Over Competition!” – produced in partnership with American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), Las Vegas Design Center (LVDC) and Las Vegas Market – top industry podcasters LuAnn Nigara, Rick Campos, Michelle Lynne, Rebecca Plumb and Shaun Crha discuss how to work with, learn from and engage other podcaster while encouraging individual growth and new ideas on Sunday, July 30, at 2 p.m.
Programming on Monday, July 31 kicks off with an ” Exclusive Insider Preview of Sherwin-Williams & Colour Hive Global 2024 Forecast!” featuring Sue Wadden of Sherwin-Williams and Daniel LaDuc of Colour Hive and MIX Magazine discussing hottest trends in exterior design and delving into the dynamic realm of surface and materials at 10:30 a.m.
