Lead Sales Associate – Axios Charlotte

Overview:
Are you a fun fashionista with an eye for styling? We are seeking an experienced retail sales professional to join our team of sales associates. The lead sales associate will work alongside the store manager to encourage associates to meet and exceed sales goals, maintain store merchandising, and form relationships with customers. The individual that we are seeking is self-motivated, team-oriented, and up-to-date on fashion trends. Applicants must be willing to work full-time hours including some weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:
• Work as a team to meet/exceed sales goals
• Maintain store merchandising
• Form and maintain relationships with customers
• Assist in training and onboarding of new employees
• Identify clients’ needs in order to offer personalized styling tips
